Two ways to work together

Choose the support that fits your session

Preparation consultation

C$195 · fixed

Bring the two main priorities you'd like addressed for a training session you're preparing.

  • Before we meet, you complete a short intake, and I review it and prepare. That work happens outside our hour and is included in the price.
  • The full 60 minutes is conversation about your situation and the options that fit it.
  • Afterwards, you get a full written recap with next steps for your own setting.

Prepare, run, reflect

C$750 · fixed · three sessions

Prepare for a real session with me, run it, then come back and we'll look at what happened around it and plan what's next. It works for a session you've been asked to lead or one you already run.

  • Session 1: we prepare for your session together.
  • You run it.
  • Sessions 2 and 3: we debrief and plan the next one.
  • My preparation before each session happens outside our time together and is included in the price.

I prepare using Shape Architecture™, a framework for designing learning around everything that shapes a session, before, during and after.

How it works

Four simple steps

  1. Inquiry

You send a short note about your session. I reply with the option that fits and how to book.

  2. Intake

You answer a few questions about the session, the group and your two main priorities. I review your answers and prepare.

  3. Session

We meet for a working conversation focused on your priorities and your setting.

  4. Recap

You receive a full written recap of what we decided and what to do next, so nothing gets lost.

Who it's for

Is consulting for you?

This support suits:

  • Managers, specialists and subject-matter experts who've been asked to train colleagues and aren't sure where to start.
  • Newer facilitators and trainers who want a second set of eyes before a session runs.
  • Anyone whose session isn't landing the way they hoped, including ones they already run.
Scope

Your session stays yours.

I guide and advise on the design and redesign of the sessions you lead. Together, we look at what to keep, what to change and what to try, and you choose what fits your setting.

My recommendations are options you can adapt. Larger advisory work is scoped and quoted separately in CAD.
